Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the County Life Roleplay website and associated services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and CLRP User Subscriber Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
County Life Roleplay provides a community platform for members of the County Life Roleplay FiveM server, including account management, department applications, a member dashboard, news and announcements, and related community features. The Service is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME].
The Service is built and maintained by Vexoris Development, which acts as a technical service provider to County Life Roleplay.
Eligibility
You may use the Service regardless of age, subject to the maturity expectations described in our Community Rules. By registering an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Provide false information when registering or submitting applications.
- 5.2
Impersonate any person, including other members or staff.
- 5.3
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, including other members' accounts.

Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm other members.
- 5.5
Interfere with the Service's operation, including by attempting to overload our infrastructure.
- 5.6
Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service without our permission.
- 5.7
Violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Service.
Community Rules
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Community Rules, incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations of the Community Rules may result in disciplinary action up to and including account termination, consistent with our published Three Strike Policy where applicable.
Intellectual Property
The County Life Roleplay name, logo, and website design are the property of their respective owners. Content you submit (such as application answers) remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it as described in the CLRP User Subscriber Agreement.
The underlying website is built by Vexoris Development. Technical components and design systems developed by Vexoris Development remain the intellectual property of Vexoris Development, subject to any separate agreements between Vexoris Development and County Life Roleplay.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not responsible for any loss of data or access resulting from technical failures.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, County Life Roleplay and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those Terms. We will notify registered members of material changes where practicable.
