Vexoris Developer Agreement

1. Overview

This website, including its design, source code, infrastructure, and all associated software products (collectively, the “Platform”), is developed, owned, and maintained by Vexoris Development, a software development practice operated under the Vexoris Group.

County Life Roleplay (“CLRP”) is authorized to use the Platform under an exclusive development partnership with Vexoris Development. This page discloses the scope of that authorization, the license identifiers tied to each licensed product, and the security and versioning information relevant to the Platform CLRP operates on.

This document is published for transparency to the CLRP community and does not itself constitute a contract between Vexoris Development and any individual user. The governing contractual terms are set out in the private Vexoris Development Agreement executed between Vexoris Development and CLRP.

2. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including the website's source code, design, architecture, and the Vexoris-built tools that power it, are owned exclusively by Vexoris Development. No part of the Platform may be copied, reverse-engineered, redistributed, sublicensed, or repurposed outside of CLRP without Vexoris Development's prior written permission.

3. License Grants

Vexoris Development issues a distinct license record for each product made available to CLRP. These identifiers exist for verification and audit purposes. They confirm that the specific website instance, launcher build, and security layer in use are officially authorized by Vexoris Development for CLRP, and not an unauthorized copy or fork.

These identifiers are unique to CLRP's deployment and are not reused across other Vexoris clients. A mismatch between the identifiers shown here and those embedded in a given build should be treated as a sign of an unauthorized or tampered deployment.

4. Authorized Use

CLRP is authorized to use the Platform, including this website and the CLRP-branded VXCL launcher, for the operation of its roleplay community. This authorization is granted to CLRP specifically and does not extend to any other individual, group, server, or organization. Redistribution of the Platform, in whole or in part, to a third party outside CLRP is not authorized.

5. Exclusive Partnership

Vexoris Development serves as the exclusive technology partner of County Life Roleplay. This means:

• Vexoris will not build or license a substantially similar website or launcher system for a directly competing FiveM community for the duration of this partnership.
• CLRP will not commission another developer to copy, fork, or replicate the Platform for the duration of this partnership.
• All future feature development, security updates, and infrastructure changes to the Platform are delivered exclusively through Vexoris Development.

5.1 Reason for Exclusivity

This partnership is exclusive because a member of the Vexoris Development team also serves as a developer within CLRP and works directly on the Platform from within the CLRP community. This dual involvement is the basis for the exclusive nature of the arrangement, rather than a standard vendor relationship.

5.2 If Exclusivity Ends

Should the exclusive partnership between Vexoris Development and CLRP end for any reason, CLRP remains prohibited from engaging a third-party developer to build, fork, replicate, or take over maintenance of the Platform. The Platform will continue to be maintained and operated solely by Vexoris Development, transitioning to a standard client engagement rather than an exclusive partnership. Ownership of the Platform, as set out in Section 2, is unaffected by any change in exclusivity status.

5.3 New Developer Requires a New Build

If CLRP at any point chooses to move forward with a different developer instead of Vexoris Development, that developer must build a brand-new website from scratch. The existing Platform, including its source code, internal architecture, design system, and security implementation, is proprietary to Vexoris Development and is never handed over, exported, or made available for reuse as a starting point.

This requirement exists to protect Vexoris Development's internal design and code from being copied, reverse-engineered, or repurposed by a third party. No part of the Platform may be used as a reference, template, or foundation for a replacement website.

6. Hosting, Security and Maintenance

• The Platform is hosted on dedicated infrastructure maintained under Vexoris Development's own account.
• Vexoris is responsible for the technical operation, security, and uptime of the Platform.
• CLRP will be given advance notice ahead of any planned infrastructure change that may require migration or affect availability.
• Security updates to the Platform and the VXCL launcher are issued by Vexoris Development as needed. The version numbers in Section 3 reflect the most recently deployed release at the time this page was last updated.

7. Relationship to Other Policies

Use of this website by members of the public or the CLRP community is also governed by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and CLRP User Subscriber Agreement. This Developer Agreement specifically addresses the relationship between Vexoris Development and CLRP regarding ownership, licensing, and authorized use of the Platform. It does not create additional rights for individual users beyond those granted in the other linked policies.

8. Attribution

This Platform is developed, secured, and maintained by Vexoris Development.

9. Contact and Verification

This Vexoris Developer Agreement (VXA) is issued specifically for the CLRP Platform and is identified by its own Unit Identifier Code (UICD), distinct from VXAs issued to other Vexoris clients.
